This privacy notice for Wild Mountains Trust (doing business as Wild Mountains), referred to here as "we", "us" or "our", describes how and why we might collect, store, use and share your information when you visit our website or engage with us through sales, marketing or events. We do not process sensitive personal information, and we do not receive information about you from third parties.

If you make a purchase, we collect the payment data needed to process it. All payment data is stored by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal, under their own privacy notices. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

Analytics and maps

How we use your information

We process your information to provide, improve and administer our services, to communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with the law. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so, and we keep it only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 years of age. If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
